With a pair of Bartolini BH2 pickups at your back, your basslines will explode with richness, fullness, and character. Their tonal range is huge – capable of handling any genre. The bridge pickup is raw and powerful, beefing up every note and punch through the mix.
The neck is warmer and smoother – perfect for blending in with other instruments and bringing out fatness in your riffs. Both have a tight bottom end and punchy midrange, with the double coil design adding tonnes of punch. As if that weren't enough, there's also an active three-band EQ control section, where you can tinker until you've found your perfect tone, as well as a 3-way mid-frequency focus switch. It really doesn't get better than this.
Complete tonal control
The control section of the SR505E is your gateway to perfect tone. An active three-band EQ lets you mould your bass, midrange, and treble frequencies to get a crisp, clear, articulate voicing. The EQ bypass switch lets you switch to a passive setting, ignoring the active circuit for a more natural voicing. And the three-way mid frequency switch allows you to select which part of the midrange you want to emphasise - go from tight and punchy to tick and juicy in an instant.
Dynamic bridge
When you go onstage, you want to be sure that your instrument is going to perform every time, right? Well, you're in luck, because the Accu-cast B500 bridge on this beast will keep your strings locked down and stable. The saddles are fully adjustable, allowing you to change your string spacing by up to 1.5mm, you can set it up in whichever way is most comfortable to you!
