Gretsch design

The G5422G-12 has been designed with every aspect of its construction taken into consideration. A tonally balanced body, this guitar features a laminated maple top and arched back, which embellishes the natural sound of the guitar with a perfect amount of brightness and emits it with fantastic projection. This projection is further supported through two f-holes which feature on the top of the instrument, delivering a direct path for the vibrations to emit from. A trestle block construction ensures accurate articulation and goes a long way in preventing feedback from the pickups.

Fascinating Filter’Tron pickups

Two brand new FT-5E pickups are deployed at the neck and bridge, providing you the tools to emit the wonderful tone of the instrument with a powerful punch. Accentuating every one of the twelve strings, the hollow body glistens with a blissful airiness delivering enough space within the sound for each note to ring true. These wonderful Filter’Tron pickups work in combination with an intuitive switching system, allowing you to personalise your sound to your preference thanks to a Master Volume, Treble bleed, and individual pickup controls.
