Actively improve your heavy tone. This Exile Select model comes loaded with Fishman's astounding Fluence Modern pickup set. These ultra-versatile pickups each feature two separate voicings, easily switched between via a push-pull tone knob. The first is a full-throttle, active onslaught, with a chunky, yet controlled bottom end, and a crisp, pushed top. The second is a slightly more controlled, passive humbucker sound, immediately recognisable and universally usable. Metalcore legends from trivium to Killswitch Engage are huge fans of these pickups, and it's easy to hear why.
Speed and stretch
Your creativity, unleashed. Dean designed the Exile Select to accommodate both punishing riffs and soaring solos with equal ease. The three-piece maple neck has a slim-D shape, making single-note picking and drop-tuned chords easy as pie.
