High-end components including STM (suspension tom mount), True-Pitch tension rods, and die-cast low-mass claw hooks to make the Concept Series drums real competitors at the price range. Graduated counter hoops and STM system maximise resonance
The toms featured on the PDP Concept Maple 4pc Shell Pack are fitted with chrome counter hoops. This means that the smaller drums on the kit feature thinner hoops, allowing them to resonate further and more freely to produce richer tones.
The STM (Suspension Tom Mount) system mounts the tops independently, rather than being attached to the bass drum.
