Each component is powered by a built-in lithium-ion battery, giving you up to five hours of continuous operation to handle even the longest of sessions. So even if you have limited inputs on your recording device, you can still transmit multiple signals across the XSW-Digital's 2.4GHz digital frequency spectrum and take advantage of the system's exceptional sound quality.

The XS Wireless Digital Portable Base Set

This handy set gives you an XSW-Digital transmitter and receiver, a handy belt clip, a camera cold shoe mount, and a 3.5mm coiled cable. Both the transmitter and receiver are equipped with 3.5mm mini-jack sockets. The transmitter is perfect for connecting with your choice of lavalier microphone, whilst the receiver can be mounted in the cold shoe mount and connected to your DSLR or other device using the 3.5mm coiled cable. The belt clip also allows you to attach either the transmitter or receiver to your clothing for unobtrusive handsfree operation. No more wires getting in your way - this wireless 'cable replacement' puts you in control of your performance and projects.

This Portable Base Set provides you with a transmitter and receiver, each with a 3.5mm (1/8'') mini-jack socket (various transmitters and receivers with other connectors (XLR, 3.5mm, and 1/4'') are not included, but are available separately as individual components or as part of other sets). The transmitter is designed to allow you to connect your choice of lavalier microphone. The transmitter and receiver can also be attached to you using the included belt clip. The included cold shoe mount can be attached to the top of your camera, whilst the 3.5mm coiled cable runs from your receiver and into your DSLR's microphone input. The Sennheiser XS Wireless Digital system removes the need for restrictive cables between you, your sound source, and your recording device.
