Loaded with two USA designed DMT humbucking pickups the Thoroughbred Deluxe delivers a high output tone with great middle and treble response in the Equalizer bridge position. Additionally the Nostalgia neck pickup produces a very balanced tone with a distinct vintage flavour perfect for classic rock and lead parts. Both DMT humbuckers feature Alnico 5 magnets and are perfect for a range of music styles.
Set-In Neck Construction
The Thoroughbred Deluxe utilizes a smooth heel set-in neck construction to provide an advanced playability and optimized resonance transfer between the neck and body. Unlike bolt-on constructions set-in necks can be sculpted into a smoother and ergonomic heel allowing seamless accessibility to the higher register.
