The Luna Trinity A Style is crafted from a range of carefully selected tonewoods including, spruce top, maple back and sides, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard. The spruce soundboard delivers a wide, dynamic tonal palette, along with a stunning grain. The wood itself is quite elastic in nature, which resonates well whilst remaining strong, and provides a focused, clear sound . The maple back and sides produce crystal clear clarity, offers a wide range of response, and sings bright highs, with a strong upper midi-section.

Mahogany Neck & Rosewood Fingerboard

The mahogany neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard which delivers a bright warmth, with sparkly highs that really shine through when using finger picking techniques. The mahogany neck produces a rich tone that blends beautifully well with the rosewood fingerboard's bright tone. The reason why many instrument necks are made from mahogany is because the wood responds greatly to picking styles, strumming, and various finger techniques with equal ease.

Rosewood Celtic Rosette

The Trinity A Style also features tortoishell binding which complements its tobacco burst finish. The Trinity Mandolin's main design features a Celtic sound-hole rosette, inlaid in rosewood, which not only provides a unique look but adds extra bright attack to the overall tone.
