Basswood Body & Maple Neck

Constructed from a lightweight Basswood body with sleek double cutaway shape the Edge 6 provides an effortless playability and solid tonality with plenty of resonance and sustain. Additionally the bolt-on Maple neck delivers two full octaves of fretted notes on a smooth and speedy Rosewood fingerboard.

EMG 34P4 Pickups

Loaded with a pair of powerful EMG 34P4 soapbar style pickups the Edge 6 produces a high output tone with an extended low frequency response and brilliant popping highs. With both the neck and bridge 34P4?s utilizing ceramic magnets and short squat coils they produce a very responsive tone with superior definition and punchy mid-range. Additionally, the Edge 6 features an active EQ preamp circuit with bass and treble boost/cut controls which allow you to fine tune your tone to create a high output and full bass tone.
